The Leave A Legacy Foundation is committed to make an impact on the health of children and youth globally. During our Missionary and Humanitarian service internationally - we identify children in need of better healthcare options and/or procedures. The LAL Foundation partners those in need with physicians and healthcare providers and assists with the financial support of medical assessments or procedures.

Meet Chantal...
Chantal is our current focus youth...
...A beautiful young women residing in The Dominican Republic who has been impacted with a severe condition of scoliosis.
Scoliosis is a condition involving an abnormal sideways curvature of the spine. It can be caused by congenital, developmental or degenerative problems, but most cases of scoliosis actually have no known cause called idiopathic scoliosis.
Often identified by the "s" curve in the spine - this disease has impacted Chantal to the extent that her young and fragile spine has curved to such a degree that her body routinely experiences physical discomfort which becomes taxing on her emotional strength and well-being.
Despite this issue though, Chantal has an amazing disposition and her warm and friendly smile will brighten even the cloudiest of days.
At Leave A Legacy Foundation, we established the Healing Hands Program for youth just like Chantal. With your support and contributions, LAL is seeking to provide the financial resources for Chantal to receive a full medical assessment along with the necessary evaluations and procedures to potentially support the corrective surgery this young woman needs.
LAL has partnered with a leading scoliosis surgeon in the metro-Atlanta area who has agreed to review the case and potentially perform the surgery pro bono. To support the complete requirements of Chantal's medical care including transportation, housing/hospital stay, anesthesia and all full services needed for this intricate spinal surgery, The Foundation seeks benefactors and supporters like yourself.

This is one of the many ways the Leave A Legacy Foundation is looking to support our children and youth....one child at a time.
During our Missions and Humanitarian journeys, we come in contact with children with a variety of health and medical concerns who do not have access to suitable health care providers, medications and or services.
Globally, health care resolution is met only with complete and full payment PRIOR to medical services as there is no local health insurance or hospitalization coverage.
