Leave A Legacy Foundation was created out of a deep passion to serve, uplift, and restore hope where it is most needed.


What began as a calling to mentor and encourage women and youth has grown into a multifaceted nonprofit organization providing mentorship, life-skills development, humanitarian outreach, and global mission initiatives. Through both local and international efforts, we are committed to meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they grow, heal, and step into purpose.


Our work is rooted in faith, compassion, and action — because real change happens when support is personal, intentional, and consistent.

Our Founder

Lori-Sunshine Richardson Founder & Visionary

 Lori-Sunshine Richardson is a mentor, author, coach, and nonprofit leader with a heart for empowering women, youth, and underserved communities.


Through her personal journey, professional experience, and unwavering faith, Lori-Sunshine has dedicated her life to helping others discover their purpose, build confidence, and embrace new beginnings. Her passion for mentorship and outreach extends across generations and borders, fueling programs that support young women, women in transition, and global communities in need.


Her leadership is guided by the belief that legacy is built through service, compassion, and intentional investment in people.
